- VISMIX II provides superior hole cleaning capabilities and stability during drilling and milling highly deviated and horizontal sections. - VISMIX II has been used effectively for drilling unconsolidated, unstable and faulted formations. It minimizes total fluid loss in fractured zones. - VISMIX II is an excellent viscosifier and shale inhibitor and non-damaging to reservoirs - VISMIX II is thermally stable and is equally effective in fresh and salt water.

VISMIX II is primarily utilized for drilling highly deviated holes and casing milling operations, when enhanced hole cleaning is required.

Add 0.25 lb/bbl (0.71 kg/m3) VISMIX II to slurry containing 10 lb/bbl (25.6 kg/m3) prehydrated Bentonite. Larger amount of Bentonite will require higher concentration of VISMIX II. For a salt water system, premix chemicals in fresh water and add premix to the salt water. Note: A pilot test must be performed before adding any other products not listed in the basic MMS formulation

Regulatory agencies classify VISMIX II as corrosive material (UN 3262) for transportation.

Utilize normal precautions for employee protection when handling chemical products. Utilize appropriate respirator, gloves, goggles and apron. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for this product prior to use.

VISMIX II is packaged in 22.7 kgs multiwall paper sack
