- TRUZAN DS – L Provides good suspension properties restricting the settlement of weighting agents and drilled cuttings. - TRUZAN DS - L is shear thinning and promotes low bit viscosity needed to maximize penetration rates, and high annular viscosity to ensure effective hole cleaning. - TRUZAN DS - L is stable over a wide pH range and its effective in saturated brines as well as fresh and sea water base drilling fluids. - TRUZAN DS – L provides excellent friction reduction for coiled tubing operations. - TRUZAN DS - L was the first truly stable thickener for hydrochloric acid used in the oilfield. The Liquid Xanthan Gum suspension is uniquely stable, easily handled and useful in both oilfield and non-oilfield applications

TRUZAN DS – L is unique polymer when compared to most other polymers in oilfield drilling and completion application. Liquid Xanthan gums are well known for their ability to provide extremely low solids fluids with excellent carrying and suspending characteristics. Fluids thickened with liquid Xanthan gum have a tendency to thin at higher velocities and thicken at lower velocities.

The effective concentration of TRUZAN DS – L required will depend upon the base fluid being treated. 2.4 liters of TRUZAN DS – L is equivalent to 1.0 kg of Dry Xanthan gum powder.

Transportation of TRUZAN DS – L is not restricted by any regulatory agency.

Utilize normal precautions for employee protection when handling chemical products. Utilize appropriate respirator, gloves, goggles and apron. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for this product prior to use.

TRUZAN DS – L is packaged in net weight of 18kgs/5 gal pail of product or1150kgs/275 gal IBC other packaging options are available.
