Feature And Benefits
TRUSQUEEZE AS is fully acid soluble, non-hazardous, non-toxic, and biodegradable LCM product. The product has a wide PSD range; D50 at 750 – 1500 microns and D90 at 3000-4000 microns.
Product Function
Used as an aggressive LCM, Squeeze Product or Pre-Cement Spacer” product.
Recommended treatment
A water-based pill mixed with 0.5-1 ppb of TRUZAN and 50-60 pound of TRUSQUEEZE AS, then densified with Barite or any other weighting material. Supplemental swelling polymers or LCM's may be added. The additional product addition can be done immediately prior to pumping the treatment at a rate of 2 lbs per barrel of mix water.
