Feature And Benefits
TRUSEAL XF contains a wide range of graded fibrous particles that create a bridging action at the well bore and a matting effect within the wall cake.
TRUSEAL XF is a "one sack" loss circulation material which has minimal effect on rheology and can be added for seepage control while drilling without passing the shale shakers. (70% will pass through 140 mesh sieve.)
TRUSEAL XF can be utilized to sweep the hole or spotted over the thief zone when losses occur.
TRUSEAL XF seals depleted formations and micro fractures, minimizing formation damage and the possibility of the drill string becoming differentially stuck.
TRUSEAL XF is thermally stable, biodegradable and non–toxic.
Product Function
TRUSEAL XF is utilized to combat lost circulation in water base drilling fluids.
Recommended treatment
Treatment levels for TRUSEAL XF are dependent upon the type of losses to be cured or prevented. Concentration guidelines
are as follows: Seepage control while;
Drilling: 4 – 8 lb/bbl
Sweeping application: 15 – 30 lb/bbl in 25 – 50 bbl sweeps
Loss circulation: 40 – 60 lb/bbl
Shipping References
Transportation of TRUSEAL XF is not restricted by any regulatory agency.
