TRUSCAV™ OS is completely oil soluble and reacts immediately with H2S. TRUSCAV™ OS does not require an alkaline environment to neutralize the H2S present in the crude oil and other oil based fluid. TRUSCAV™ OS is compatible with all types of crude oils.
Product Function
Hydrogen Sulphide is a poisonous gas that is deadly at high concentrations and provides serious health threats at moderate concentrations. Operating problems caused by H2S can include severe corrosion and fouling, and injection well plugging with iron sulfide TRUSCAV - OS is a triazine base product. It’s application of choice are non-aqueous environments such as, H2S removal from Oil system, and scavenging of vessels containing residual Hydrocarbon without the introduction of the water soluble product.

Standard Packing
TRUSCAV™ OS is available in 165kg Steel Drums. It is stable under normal storage conditions in unopened containers. Store in a cool, dry, shaded area away from heat & direct sunlight. Recommended storage temp is 50 – 100 °F.
