TRULUBE-EP™ 1000 is a environmentally friendly water soluble lubricant designed to reduce torque & drag and to lower the potential of bottom hole assembly balling in all water base mud during drilling operations under extreme pressure conditions. TRULUBE-EP™ 1000 imparts extreme pressure Lubricating Properties to the drilling fluids. It is a blend of environmentally friendly Surfactants and Lubricants specially formulated to be an alternative to oil based Lubricants or Hydrocarbon additives. TRULUBE-EP™ 1000 provides both Borehole (Metal to Formation) and Extreme pressure (Metal to Metal) Lubricity without affecting the Drilling Fluid properties

Product Function
TRULUBE-EP™ 1000 is specially used in directional and crooked holes, deeper holes, packed holes, where frictional forces tend to be relatively high to reduce the loss of mechanical power.
Recommended treatment
TRULUBE-EP™ 1000 can be mixed directly in mud systems. Concentrations of 1-3% are normally sufficient mud treatment for reduces torque & drag.
