TRUJET - FR533

TRUJET -FR533 is a synthetic high molecular weight anionic polyacrylamide copolymer that works as a high-Viscosity anionic friction reducer for hydraulic fracturing process. When used in water-based fracturing fluids and can reduce pressure due to friction in excess of 70% in 4% NaCl and 4% KCl brines. TRUJET -FR533 is designed to yield high viscosities capable of providing enhanced proppant transport characteristics.

Feature And Benefits
TRUJET -FR533 has been formulated for use in hydraulic fracturing operations which utilize either fresh water or light brines as the fracturing fluid. It is added as supplied ‘on-the-fly’ by direct addition to the fracturing fluid. When the product is added to a region of high shear, rapid hydration of the polymer occurs, providing optimal performance.
Product Function
TRUJET -FR533 can be used at greater concentrations than those typically used in slick water application to yield a high viscosity fluid similar to linear guar. When applied in this way, a multicomponent system can be simplified to a single product.
Recommended treatment
Dosage requirements for TRUJET -FR533 range from 0.25 to 2.0 gallons per 1,000 gallons of frac fluid. TRUJET -FR533 is compatible with all anionic and nonionic additives that may be present in the frac fluid.
Shipping References
Transportation of TRUJET -FR533 is not restricted by any regulatory agency.
Handling Recommendations
It is non-hazardous, however, precautions should be taken to avoid inhalation, ingestion, or contact with skin or eyes. Spills produce extremely slippery surfaces and should be addressed immediately. Absorbent material should be applied to the spill then swept up and disposed of according to local, state, or federal regulations. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use personal protective equipment. Keep product away from heat and sources of ignition. Freezing will affect the physical condition and may damage the material. Shelf life is 6 months.
Standard Packing
TRUJET -FR533 is packaged in 315 gal. Totes • Bulk. Custom package available.
