TRUDENSE - I is approximately 10%denser than barite and with lower particle size provides a good performance on ECD and improved Sag factor.

Sag Control: because the product particles have a D50 of around 5μ; they are less likely to settle. Compared to API barite in water, they will settle approx. 8 times slower. ECD Management: The small particle size, round shape and inertness of TRUDENSE - I produces fluids with significantly lower rheologies. This makes it I ideal to use in fluids required to drill narrow ECD margin wells and enables greater control of rheology to manage hydraulics for hole-cleaning, horsepower usage, etc. Formation Damage Mitigation: TRUDENSE -I is less damaging than other weighting additives because of its micronized size and roundness which enables easier flow back through the formation. This is confirmed by return permeability tests. ItI is also soluble in acids such as HCl (Inorganic acid), Organic acids and Chelating agents.

Use as needed to increase density.

Transportation of TRUDENSE -I is not restricted by any regulatory agency. TRUDENSE - I is not classified as Hazardous. It has therefore no risk phrases.
