TRUCEL LVP provides filtration control to fresh water and salt based drilling fluids with little or no effect on viscosity. TRUCEL LVP has a high degree of tolerance to calcium contamination. TRUCEL LVP is effective in controlling fluid loss at bottom hole temperatures of 300oF (149oC) TRUCEL LVP produces a tough, thin filter cake which helps to minimize differential sticking problems. TRUCEL LVP is resistant to bacterial degradation and provides stable drilling fluid properties over a broad pH range.

TRUCEL LVP provides fluid loss control to both dispersed and non–dispersed drilling fluids system.

TRUCEL LVP concentrations in the range of 0.25–3.0 lbs/bbl (0.7–8.6 kgs/m³) are required to control fluid loss in most water base drilling fluids. The quantity mixed will depend upon the degree of filtration control required.

Transportation of TRUCEL LVP is not restricted by any regulatory agency.

Utilize normal precautions for employee protection when handling chemical products. Utilize appropriate respirator, gloves, goggles and apron. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for this product prior to use.
