TRUBLOCK is a non-toxic product. TRUBLOCK provides permeability plugging to effectively seal shale’s and filter cakes, improving the performance of highly inhibitive water-based drilling fluids. TRUBLOCK can plug micro pore, and prevent borehole wall from collapse. TRUBLOCK Is effective for low temperature as well as high temperature applications.

TRUBLOCK is used to seal shale’s and low permeability sand formations when drilling with inhibitive water-based fluids (WBM). TRUBLOCK is also used to provide supplemental fluid loss control in high temperature applications >400oF (>204oC). TRUBLOCK is not recommending to be used in the production/pay zone. TRUBLOCK is resistant to salt and stable under high salt content drilling fluid.

TRUBLOCK should be added at 0.5 to 3% by volume to the mud formulation. TRUBLOCK should be Pre mixed in water and then added to the active system.

Transportation of TRUBLOCK is not restricted by any regulatory agency.
