Feature And Benefits
SODIUM BROMIDE is typically used where the formation or produced water is sensitive to calcium fluids. SODIUM BROMIDE exhibit lower crystallization temperatures than corresponding sodium chloride or sodium chloride/sodium bromide-based completion brines in the same density range. SODIUM BROMIDE exhibits lower potential for stress corrosion cracking with high-chrome tubulars. SODIUM BROMIDE is non-damaging to the formation, thermally and chemically stable, can be blended with other solutions of bromides and chlorides and especially useful when used in formations that are known to have calcium sensitivity.
Product Function
SODIUM BROMIDE can be used with sodium chloride brine to formulate non-damaging fluids of densities from 10.0 lb/gal to 12.7 lb/gal.
Recommended treatment
Treatment levels are determined by specified requirements.
