Product Function
Increase the density of water based and oil based muds. Increase the density of brine fluids. Bridge formation for fluid loss control.
Recommended treatment
Use the following formulas to determine the appropriate concentrations to be added:
1. As a weighing agent, add as much product as needed to increase fluid density up to 14lb/gal (1.68gm/cm³)
For 1 bbl starting volume
X=945 (WF – W1)/ (22.5 – WF)
For 1 bbl final Volume
X=945 (WF – W1)/ (22.5 – W1)
Where,
X = SIZED CALCIUM CARBONATE required, lb/bbl
WF= Final desired mud
Weight, lb/gal
W1 = Initial mud weight, lb/gal
2. As a bridging agent, add 5,10 lb/bbl (14.26 – 28.53 kg/m³) of the appropriate grades of the product

Handling Recommendations
Utilize normal precautions for employee protection when handling chemical products. Use of appropriate respirator, gloves, goggles and apron is recommended for employee comfort and protection. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for this product prior to use.
Standard Packing
The product is packaged in 25 kgs, 50 kgs multiwall paper sacks with polyethylene liner or 1 - 1.5 MT Big Bags.
