RADIAGREEN-EBS™ is compatible with general water based additives and is resistant to contamination. The addition of RADIAGREEN-EBS™ will not alter the filtration, rheological and other properties of the mud. RADIAGREEN-EBS™ is highly effective in common water based drilling fluids. Do not add this product into extremely high pH environment such as green cement and Silicate mud.

RADIAGREEN-EBS™ Significantly reduces the coefficient of friction of water–base muds, increases drilling penetration rates, reduces downhole torque and drag on highly deviated and horizontal wells. It prevents differential sticking and bottom–hole assembly balling.

RADIAGREEN-EBS™ Normal concentrations are from 1 to 3 % depending on the mud density, mud system and coefficient of reduction required. Higher concentrations may be needed for pills and special applications. After the initial treatment, periodic treatments should be made to maintain the desired concentration. RADIAGREEN-EBS™ should be added directly to the suction pit at a moderate rate. If a sudden high torque occurs, occasionally when drilling into weak formations, pump a 50–100 bbls pill containing 4–8% of RADIAGREEN-EBS™.

Transportation of RADIAGREEN-EBS™ is not restricted by any regulatory agency.

Utilize normal precautions for employee protection when handling chemical products. Utilize appropriate respirator, gloves, goggles and apron. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for this product prior to use.

RADIAGREEN-EBS™ is packaged in 52 USG steel drum containing 180 kgs net weight.
