Super Concentrated High Temperature Amylase Breaker for Starch-Xanthan filter-cakes in Oilfield boreholes. PETROLIZE™ HTA + is an advanced version of the Petrolize HTA enzyme. It is a Concentrated High Temperature Stable Bacterial Alpha Amylase, suitable to hydrolyze a Starch-Xanthan filter-cake formed as a deposit by a typical Reservoir Drill-in fluid. This microbial enzyme protein will work between borehole temperatures of 60 to 130 Deg C and pH range of 5 to 9. It is compatible with Calcium Chloride brines up to 1.34 SG.

PETROLIZE™ HTA + will not promote corrosion of screens and other down hole components since it made of Enzyme Protein. PETROLIZE™ HTA + enzyme is 100% biodegradable and the hydrolysis products are simple sugar. Amylase enzyme proteins being specific for the starch in the filter cake PETROLIZE™ HTA + will not react with tubing, which otherwise would increase iron concentration and result in sludging and iron precipitation problems.

Handling Recommendations
Avoid skin and eye contact, inhalation or ingestion. For skin contact, wash with soap and large quantities of water. For eye contact, flush with large quantities of water. Use properly designed respirator if adequate ventilation is not available. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for specific details.
