PETRODRILL is primarily used to prevent accretion of cuttings on the bit and BHA. The addition of FREE-DRILL™ will lead to the coating of bit and BHA there by preventing the cuttings from adhering to the metal surface.
Product Function
PETRODRILL is used to prevent the bit balling and will prove highly effective in reducing the torque and drag thereby increases the ROP.
Recommended treatment
PETRODRILL is used at a concentration of 2 – 4 % by volume. After the initial treatment, FREE-DRILL™ may be added to the mud to maintain the constant dose. It is better run pilot test with the mud prior to field application.
