PERCLEAN has strong degreasing and emulsification properties that are important to the cleaning process. It is effective in the removal of grime deposits and oil spills as well as general purpose cleaning. It has been developed for safe and efficient cleaning of tanks which store or transport petroleum based oils or products. Because of its non–alkaline nature can be used to clean aluminum surfaces.

PERCLEAN is an environmentally friendly, non- alkaline cleaner/degreaser that mixes easily in fresh water or sea water.

General Cleaning: Dilution rates are 1 part PERCLEAN to 60 parts fresh water or 30 parts sea water. Apply the solution and allow it to remain for several minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water. It may be necessary to adjust the concentration for specific use. Tank Cleaning: For circulation cleaning of tanks dilute 1 part with 20 parts water. Spray Cleaning: Dilute 1 part with 5 parts water. Allow 5–30 minutes for penetration and then rinse thoroughly with water. (NOTE: Face shield should be worn during spraying operations). Steam Cleaning: Use 0.21 gal/bbl (5 ltr/m³) of water at temperatures of 60–80˚C. Spray until clean followed by hot water or steam rinse.

Transportation of PERCLEAN is not restricted by any regulatory agency.

Utilize normal precautions for employee protection when handling chemical products. Utilize appropriate respirator, gloves, goggles and apron. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for this product prior to use.

PERCLEAN is packaged in 20 / 25 liters pail and 55 USG (208 liters) HDPE drum containing 210 kgs net weight.
