OILMUL™ II is stable to 175⁰C (347⁰F) under field conditions.
Product Function
OILMUL™ II is a highly effective secondary emulsifier which stabilizes emulsions, provides HTHP fluid loss control and ensures oil wetting of solids.
Recommended treatment
The normal treatment for OILMUL™ II is 1–5 lbs/bbl (9–20 ltrs /m³). As the concentration of solids increases, higher OILMUL II treatments will be required to ensure oil wetting of solids.
