OILMOD™ enhances low shear rate rheology and increases the yield of organophyllic clays. OILMOD™ is effective in mineral oil and diesel based invert fluids. OILMOD™ will control filtration properties to 400oF. OILMOD™ disperses readily at low temperature and shear conditions.

Recommended treatment
OILMOD™ treatment levels are normally in the range of 0.5 – 2 lbs/bbl. Pilot testing before initiating treatment is recommended.
