Feature And Benefits
NOCOR™ 4085 provides maximum control over long distances for highly corrosive systems having a high ratio of hydrocarbon- to-water, including low areas in the system where corrosive attack occurs. NOCOR™ 4085 has shown to provide excellent metal protection against H2S corrosion. NOCOR 4085 will prevent corrosion caused by CO2 as well as H2S gases which have come absorbed into water or glycol/water mixtures. NOCOR 4085 is so formulated that the active ingredients will remain in liquid form when injected into the gas stream, will mix with the corrosive liquids and consequently protect the metal surfaces. NOCOR 4085 is non–emulsifying, thermally stable at temperatures in excess of 150oC and does not cause foaming or upsets in gas sweetening or glycol dehydration processes.
Product Function
NOCOR™ 4085 should be injected continuously into the system. Typical dosage rates would be 10–20 liters per MMCM or 0.6–1.2 pints per MMSCF.
