KWIKSPOT – PD is dispersed in diesel oil or low toxic base oil and it is spotted across the target zone to release stuck pipe. KWIKSPOT – PD contains unique "cake cracking" surfactants which crack and penetrate the filter cake to equalize pressure around differently stuck drilling tools. KWIKSPOT – PD does not require high shear and long mixing time fluids and it will provide the rheological properties required.

KWIKSPOT – PD is spotting chemical designed and formulated to be dispersed in diesel oil and / or low toxic base oil to release stuck drill pipe over different densities in all drilling wells. KWIKSPOT - PD has been specifically designed containing highly efficient surfactants to penetrate and crack waterbased mud filter cake in order to balance the pressure around stuck drilling pipe and tools. Effective spotting fluid ratio is to be prepared and decided based on the specific type of mixture in order to obtain the required rheology, lubricity coefficient and gel strength. KWIKSPOT – PD is not recommended to be used in production zones.

KWIKSPOT – PD compatible with invert emulsion fluids; it can be incorporated to the system (1–5% w/v concentration). Pilot testing to confirm compatibility is recommended.

Transportation of KWIKSPOT – PD is not covered by international regulations on the transport of dangerous goods (IMDG, IATA, ADR/RID).

Utilize normal precautions for employee protection when handling chemical products. Utilize appropriate respirator, gloves, goggles and apron. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for this product prior to use.
