KWIK GEL is utilized as a fast high yield viscosifier for water base drilling fluids.
Recommended treatment
For normal drilling conditions, 6–11 lb/bbl (15– 30 kg/m3) is usually added.
In gravel or poorly consolidated formations 12– 8 lb/bbl (35–50 kg/m3).
