Feature And Benefits
FREE-DRILL™ is primarily used to prevent accretion of cuttings on the bit and BHA. The addition of FREE-DRILL™ will lead to the coating of bit and BHA there by preventing the cuttings from adhering to the metal surface.
Product Function
FREE-DRILL™ is used to prevent the bit balling and will prove highly effective in reducing the torque and drag thereby increases the ROP.
Recommended treatment
FREE-DRILL™ is used at a concentration of 2 – 4 % by volume. After the initial treatment, FREE-DRILL™ may be added to the mud to maintain the constant dose. It is better run pilot test with the mud prior to field application.
