FORMIC ACID is used in combination with Enzyme-based Breaker. It works from low to high downhole temperatures. Enhances Production by drastically reducing mud cake cleanup time by consuming the calcium carbonate in the mud cake.

FORMIC ACID is corrosive and flammable and, as such, requires special storage and handling considerations. FORMIC ACID causes severe chemical burns to eyes and skin. Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling the product. Train all personnel on the hazards of FORMIC ACID prior to handling. Use product in areas with appropriate ventilation. Keep product vapor away from heat, flame and ignition sources. Use proper electrical grounding when loading, unloading and transferring product. Wear personal protective equipment to prevent contact with skin and eyes as well as inhalation of product vapors.
