Feature And Benefits
FLO-SEAL™ has a particle distribution that is no less than 50% by weight of the desired particle size but no greater than maximum size for that range.
FLO-SEAL™ is soluble in freshwater and under–saturated brine, allowing easy removal from the producing formation.
Product Function
FLO-SEAL™ is designed to be used as a weighting and bridging agent in saturated NaCl base workover / completion and reservoir drill–in fluids.
Recommended treatment
FLO-SEAL™ can be mixed through the hopper or with any other adequate mixing arrangement. Saturated fluids may require a viscosifier to avoid settling of particles.
Typical concentrations are 40–60 lb/bbl (114–171 kg / m³)
Shipping References
Transportation of FLO-SEAL™ is not restricted by any regulatory agency.
