DRILFLO combines all the ingredients of a lost circulation pill in one bag. DRILFLO maybe used in fresh water, sea water, produced brine, and sodium or calcium chloride brines.

DRILFLO is used as a pill for spotting across lost circulation zones. It is used as concentrated slurry for severe lost circulations problems.

The normal concentration of DRILFLO is 40–60 lbs/bbl (114.1–171.2 kgs/m³). The volume of the pill will vary according to the length of the lost circulation zone, severity of lost circulation, and hole size, but should be twice the volume required to cover the lost zone. Severe or complete lost circulation may require the addition of larger bridging particles. Bridging carbonates with a fine to coarse particle distribution may be added in concentrations of 20 lbs/bbl (28.5–57.1kgs/m³). The viscosity of carrier fluid of pill should be adjusted for better setting at the lost zones.

Transportation of DRILFLO is not restricted by any regulatory agency.

Utilize normal precautions for protection when handling the product. Utilize appropriate respirator, gloves, goggles and apron. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for this product prior to use.
