BIO–CATALYST is a concentrated reliquification product created to utilize the most innovative chemistries available in reducing oil viscosity and increasing API specific gravity to increase flow rates of oil and oil by products. BIO–CATALYST is also an excellent product for removing sludge from tanks, sludge pits, oil rigs and refinery equipment as well as reducing asphaltene and paraffin buildup on the sides of oil transfer lines.

Product Function
BIO–CATALYST reliquifies the HC chain on contact reducing the heavy oils and paraffin’s to a more easily transferable state. This reduction aids in the removal of sludge in storage tanks, paraffin in oil transfer lines, improves the quality of crude oils, reduces oil viscosity and increases API specific gravity as well as greatly improves the velocity of oil transfer through the transfer lines with a corresponding reduction in oil pumping costs.
